She has also completed a 510-hour course focused on Medical Massage at the Louisiana Institute of Massage Therapy in Lake Charles, Lousiana. She offers an array of massage modalities customized to suit your needs including TMJ pain relief, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue/Medical Massage, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Hydrotherapy, Aromatherapy, Trigger Point & Acupressure Techniques, and Sports Massage/Stretching.

Mercedes Tristan is a Registered Biological Dental Assistant who is passionate about helping clients on their wellness journey through Meridian Stress Assessment, which is a modality that looks at the teeth and body connection. She is a Bioscan specialist in Meridian and Dental Compatibility Testing and Nutritional Balancing of trace minerals and metal toxicity. Mercedes enjoys using Aromatherapy in her practice and is a student of Medical Qi-Gong.
